Staying at this hotel was a mixed experience. On one hand, the rooms were wonderfully modern and spacious, complete with a private terrace and a great view. However, the service, particularly during the night shift, could use some improvement in terms of manners and hospitality. The location, on a steep slope in the vibrant Galata square, was convenient but challenging to navigate. Dining with city views was enjoyable, although the menu had limited options.
